About Me

Zach Heying

Hello! My name is Zach and I am the owner of Heying Wildlife Artistry. I am a taxidermist/artist located in Northeast Iowa. I learned taxidermy from my father who owns "Heying's Taxidermy" in New Hampton, Iowa. Although I still work alongside my dad, I have decided to branch off of his business in an attempt to meet all of my customers needs by providing both taxidermy and custom artwork to help outdoorsmen cherish their favorite outdoor memories.

When I am not working, I spend the majority of my time hunting, fishing, running, cycling, and shooting bow. I hope my passion for the outdoors shows in my work and I am able to help preserve your favorite outdoor memories for a lifetime.
